Some of the work that needs to be done like AI, planet improvements are being done on an offline copy of Wayfar. These would be too hard to implement on the live version without major disruptions. Please enjoy playing in the meantime, and further updates will be posted here!

I wanted to give a quick update instead of idling for weeks at a time. There will be a development hiatus during the month of February due to some real life circumstances (positive circumstances that require a good deal of attention). Next month I will resume addressing bugs and features.

New help files have been added to give details on reporting bugs and suggesting ideas.
Often bugs and ideas are suggested multiple times. Two new commands have been added to allow players to check if an idea or bug has been submitted and assigned to a developer. Instead of adding a duplicate idea or bug, please feel free to comment on the existing issue listed by these commands:
@bugs - list all bugs assigned to developers.
@ideas - list all suggestions assigned to developers.

- Mineral acids added to automated material processor.
- Survey action on tools has been fixed, and a rough estimate of available resources will be displayed if they are present.
- Shovels, molotov cocktails, and inert springs (previously improvised) have been added to the appropriate tools.

- Upgraded the skill check system to reduce memory and database usage. This is an under the hood change.
- Slightly reduced skill gain chance on use. This shouldn't be very noticeable.

The improvisation action has been removed - this was used to make low tech weapons like spears and campfires. The Improvisation skill has been reworked to grant a stamina and HP bonus.
